Jeff is a CA native, tranplanted in MN he is coping quite well to his environment. He came, he saw and he just loved the place so decided to stay. He's like a rolling stone though... always on the move; this rolling stone will gather no moss...

He is a daydreamer.
Time with Jeff is so nice.
I hope I can keep up with him...
